Since 2002, company actively develops retail network of its own corporate stores.

Gloria Jeans & Gee Jay is the network of unificated stores with constantly renewed assortment and same price policy.

The firm retail network of corporation «Gloria Jeans» consists of 131 shops. The network has grown from the beginning of 2005 five times. Company plans to open corporate Gloria Jeans & Gee Jay stores with area not less than 100 sq.m., where it will be possible to present collection in full size range. It will help to solve the main problem which consists in brand's image strengthening and fast response to shift in demand.

Price policy

During the development of price policy, the so-called cost-marketing method of price forming is used, which comprises cost analysis and price forming, taking into account market demands of the Company's strategy.

The Company constantly proves customers, that high-quality clothes can be not expensive.

With the right choice of distribution channels, proper price policy and effective advertising campaign, children's and youth's clothes of Gloria Jeans & Gee Jay brands will always be in great demand. These factors may let “Gloria Jeans”, even by the year of 2007, cover up to 50% of children's and youth's clothes in the Russian market.

Distribution

Nine thousand sales outlets throughout Russia and countries of the former Soviet Union (Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan) sell clothes of Gloria Jeans Corporation. According to our wholesale customers, the Company not only provides sustained quality of garments, frequent renovation of the product mix, advertising support, but also invites to the discussion and forming of the collection.

The Corporation has long term contracts for the sale of production through the network of Russian stores “Ashan”, “METRO”, “Sedmoy kontinent”, “Perekrestok”.

Gloria Jeans runs its market operations via 45 sales offices, research and design centers functioning in the Far Eastern, Volga, Northwestern, Siberian, Urals, Central, and Southern federal districts of the Russian Federation as well as abroad: in Europe (Poland, Italy), the U.S. (Chicago, New York), Brazil (San Paolo), Asia (China, Japan, Turkey), as well as Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

Promotional system is developed in the direction of Central Asia and Eastern Europe.

We have some business experience in manufacturing production for foreign companies and in distributing the own brands abroad.
